Using Telha

Telha is your company's memory. Instead of hunting through documents and systems, you ask a question and Telha answers from what your organisation already knows, with the sources to back it up. Here is how to get going in a couple of minutes.

1. Sign in

Open your company's Telha link and choose Sign in with Microsoft. Telha uses your normal work account, so there is no new password to remember.

Telha never sees your password

You sign in through your organisation's own single sign-on. Telha only learns who you are, and what you are allowed to see, from your company directory. If sign-in is not available yet, your administrator is still setting it up.

Once you are in, Telha knows your identity and your access. From that point on, you only ever see what you are allowed to see (see Trust & privacy).

2. Ask your first question

Go to Ask Telha (the chat) and type a question the way you would ask a knowledgeable colleague. You do not need special syntax or keywords.

Good first questions:

  • "What is our current exposure to Meridian?"
  • "Which open risks are high severity?"
  • "What changed in the Northwind contract recently?"

Telha finds the answer in your company's memory and replies in a few seconds.

3. Read the answer

A Telha answer is not just a paragraph. It comes with receipts:

  • The sources behind the answer, so you can click straight through to the exact place it came from.
  • A verified line, meaning Telha checked each statement against those sources before showing it to you.
  • The date the answer is true as of, because facts change over time.

4. Do more

  • Ask about a point in time. "as of 1 May" or "before the amendment" turns a question into a reconstruction. See Asking Telha.
  • Find your role. See who can do what.
