What you can see¶
Trust & privacy
Telha is designed so you can rely on every answer, and so that you only ever see what you are allowed to see. Here is what that means for you in practice.
You only see what you are allowed to see¶
Telha knows who you are from your company's own directory, and it applies your access to everything it does. An answer, a source, a notification: if you are not allowed to see something, Telha does not show it to you, and it re-checks this at the moment it answers or notifies you, not just once at sign-in.
This is deny-by-default: access has to be granted, never assumed. Sensitive information is protected even more tightly, and some fields are encrypted so tightly that Telha itself works with them without exposing their contents.
Your identity is verified¶
When you answer a clarification or take an action, Telha records it under your verified work identity, not a display name that could be anyone. That means the record of who confirmed what is trustworthy.
Every answer has receipts¶
Telha does not ask you to take its word for anything. Every answer links back to the exact source it came from, and every statement is checked against that source before you see it. Corrections never erase history: you can always see what was true, and what was believed, on any date. See Understanding your answers.
Notifications come to you, not a channel¶
When Telha notifies you about something, the notification is addressed to you and filtered to what you are allowed to see. Telha never posts your company's facts into a shared channel, because who is in a channel is not something Telha controls. If a whole team needs to know, each person gets their own message with their own permissions applied.
